Other Hunger Stoppers:

Whole Dill Pickles

Apple Slices – with Splenda and cinnamon sprinkled on them

A cup of skim milk (I have actually used the sugar-free flavor you put in water bottles to flavor the milk. Strawberry Kiwi, Orange and grape are pretty good)

PB2 on fat-free soda crackers (PB2 is a low-fat peanut butter substitute that you can get on the web. It comes in a powdered form that you mix with water. It is great for those of you, like me, who love peanut butter but hate the fact that it is high in calories and fat.)
