The New Year has begun and it is time for you to put away all those holiday goodies and meals. You may have made a new year’s resolution. You may have even broken that resolution. But listen up! This is more than just guilt talking to you about all those cookies and fudge and treats you may have had over the holidays. This is more than just a tradition of making some vague resolution to lose weight or get fit. This is time for some real, get down and dirty, wrap your mind around this, resolve!

It’s time for recommitting yourself to actually lose weight and get fit. This isn’t just saying it. This isn’t just wishing it. You have to want it. You have to picture it. And you have to make a plan.

That’s right. Resolve doesn’t just happen. You have to make it happen. You have to plan. You have to work the plan. And you have to stick with it.

You will need:
1. A plan
2. A goal
3. A start date
4. An end date
5. A partner(s) – someone or a group of someones who will help hold you accountable.

So are you ready? Your challenge this week is to really dig deep and come up with some resolve. Make your plan and get too it!!!
